The next day, Jacob came out on time, and honest he was. After measuring, he determined the smaller, lower priced springs were all I needed. I would have never known what size was really needed. That type of honesty is rare. It gets better though because upon inspection, he showed me that the rails came off the wall and were bent. Needless to say, it was a mess, and I feared the worst that it couldn't be repaired or would be several hundred dollars to fix the rails. My spring broke and Elite Team Garage Door sent out David within 1 hour. He was quick, efficient, and a very nice guy. Within 25 min., he was done. Again, he was a down-to-earth guy who was very good at his job. I don't mind paying guys like him. Elite Team Garage Door has a good employee and should take good care of him.
