Car is okay but worst customer service ever. Owner is definitely money hungry and girl at front desk is incompetent clearly. If my family didn't want the specific car that we bought we would have definitely went somewhere else. If you're weary or have any doubts about purchasing a car purchase elsewhere. A $2,000 down payment turned into almost $5,000. Luckily we had the money but for those who don't good luck. Very untrustworthy
I was so pleased with the way of professionalism I was treated by the employees of Elite Team. I just stop to them by coincidence. But the way they greet me and the patience and professionalism they showed me made me take the decision to purchase a nice van. They helped me till the end to understand all the documents and to help me with all my questions. I will always come back to them for business. I highly recommend them.
