No one answers the phone for a ride, so no i will not recommend elite taxi.

I called on 6/29/18 to get a ride to a store in Waterville, I was told it was going to be a 30 to 45 minute wait. I called back less then 15 minutes later to inform them I no longer needed the ride. About 20 minutes later I get another call from them saying my ride was outside. I told theme I called and cancelled the ride and next thing I know the lady starts swearing up one side of me and down the other. I am so appalled at these people. I scheduled at 10:30 this morning to pick up my son from daycare for 4:30. I called at 4:32 to see where my cab is they said give him a few minutes. I call again at 4:45, no answer. I call for the next hour, no answer. My son was stuck at school the whole time, and they close at 5:30. Luckily a teacher stayed behind until I got him. I am infuriated. I recommend to never use this taxi service, they are the worst. Quit while your ahead elite taxi, nobody likes you. I will never use them again.... read more

You guys have the worse service I have ever seen and you hiring some of the worse drivers. The owner doesn't care that his drivers are out driving eratic and running people off the road. Call to complain about one of there drivers and was hung up on and then told its my problem. Never call these people for service.
