You get nothing but double talk ,you get past around from tax attorney to who ever is not busy at the time. Don't waste your time and money,rip off. I dealt with them when they were in California, no results. They moved to Raleigh, NC and still came up short on their 100% guarantee to resolve your tax matters the IRS or refund your money.
