Fast service. Fixed the heating problem in minutes. Great communication! Can highly recommend!
Our tech was very nice and explained things that may need replaced in the next year or two. He gave us a quote. He made sure he took all his tools (the other tech left a tool) and made sure he left the area like he found it. One thing that wouldn't have bothered me and really shouldn't but he used our step ladder without asking. I wouldn't have known but I went to get something and saw him using it. He said nothing and neither did I. I still give 5 stars.
Every time I have had Elite Systems over, they are kind and have the best customer service even the Maria who called. They got my heater back working. Thank you guys!!!!
