Absolutely horrible. They put it in system and my house is constantly 55° and there’s no way to turn off the system and you have to be a rocket scientist even figure it out. They didn’t even bought their to explain the System to me and I’m a senior citizen and I can’t even afford to pay my huge cooling bill and I can’t work because my house is so cold
Sky, the service person was very professional and through in checking my furnace and AC system. He confirmed what was wrong and I had him order a new Heat Exchanger for my furnace. He is a Great people and product person. Also, I don’t know the person in the office that assisted me on text, but they were very helpful and easy to work with.
