There doing the best they can it's not easy running a big business .They need one supervisor that is on sit and doesn't sit around needs to be hands on all over and needs to see everything, I would greet every single employee with a good morning and go over the plan and see what's on their mind . and I would show them I can do more than just drive a truck around I us a UTV.

Mark has many years of experience and he can Commands his troops and they follow him.Mark is also polite and will to Greet the Home in a nice Hello. Elite is going 100 feet right next to a Home and understands and respectful in the morning by keeping the noise down till 9:00am.I do not work for Elite or do they pay me.
Noah and his team (Dewell Rd project in Woodland Park 2024) were the most upstanding and impressive construction crew I have ever witnessed. The city of WP is lucky to have them. They showed up before 7am and left sometimes after 7pm. They were so clean, quiet, and just beyond skilled. The crew was kind, considerate, and always had time to talk to the neighborhood. I wish I could hire Noah and his team for everything construction related in my life. Give these guys a raise and promotion. 5-star!
