I’ve been going to Elite Strength and Performance for almost 6 years now. It’s changed my life not only physically but mentally as well. I used to be the person that said “I can’t do this” - not anymore! The workouts are tough but it’s a good challenge. Kyle is a great trainer and cares about all his clients. I’ve met some wonderful people here and have made some life long friends in the process.
