Good staff
New owners, started charging insurance fee. Don't believe them when they say if you "provide documentation" it will be removed. It won't UNLESS you somehow convince your homeowners insurance to add elite as a covered location. If your insurance company does that, get a new insurance company!!
Since a large company bought the original bussines, they raised their rates over 25 percent in less than a few months. Their pay by phone is inaccurate and customer service is slow. Would definitely look to other storage facilities...
Staff was very friendly & helpful. Facility is clean, well lit and nicely maintained. Updated to say I needed another unit and I rented here again. Facility is just as clean as when it was new, staff & owner very helpful and one of the best places in town!
