Elite storage put a lien on our unit after one month. There is no communication, I have tried for weeks to get a hold of them and no answer. Then they message me after a month saying they put a lien on our unit. Unreliable storage with little communication. I DO NOT recommend these units to anyone.Trying to save up for a house now they are making it damn near impossible with a lien on our record.

New owners, started charging insurance fee. Don't believe them when they say if you "provide documentation" it will be removed. It won't UNLESS you somehow convince your homeowners insurance to add elite as a covered location. If your insurance company does that, get a new insurance company!!
