Why can't I pay my bill online?
They are awful never Call you back when needed!
Extraordinarily rude and nosy staff. Tried to price a unit and they wanted a detailed breakdown of my possessions before they would tell me rates. Pretty sure that's illegal.
My code for the gate did not work, I called multiple times for the office and used the button on the gate, no one answered. I had to call customer service for a temporary code.
Well at first it seemed like the place is pretty strict on there rules if you don't have the place paid right at the first day of the month they lock you out just make sure you pay the first it makes things easier.
