Horrible experience canceling tried to cancel multiple times before was told I had to send a picture of a clean unit, there is no actual person to call about the storage unit. Will not rent again
Had the storage unit for 6 months while I was preparing to relocate to Walla Walla. Everything was easy. When needed assistance they always were available. Smooth easy transaction to close account. Only complaint was the dust that accumulated in the unit.
Bishop was very helpful and answered all my questions. He even allowed me to view two different size units to assist me with my decision on the final unit. The application process was easy over the phone and was informed that same could be said for online process.
