IF YOU EXPECT POSTED BUSINESS HOURS TO BE ADHERED TO, THIS ISN'T THE FACILITY FOR YOU!! Needed a critical item out of my unit as I have a flight out at 5a tomorrow. Arrived at facility at 9:15p. Access code flashed green & red but gate wouldn't open. I tried several times. Called every number I could find several time but each time I chose the "after hours emergency line", there was no answer and I was sent to voicemail. My friend has stored his travel trailer for the last two or three months at the Eastgate location. It was difficult to find and he couldn't remember bcuz it was night time and the person who drove the truck the trailer was hitched to side swiped a parked vehicle so his sence of direction was off.
