HORRIBLE. They didn’t put the backsplash flush to the back of wall. In some areas at least 1/4-1/2”! If they couldn’t fix this at least tell me or the contractor that was here at the time to have that fixed before installing so it would be flush. Also didn’t cut the counters the same in all rooms. I had rounded counters in all rooms and they squared the laundry room. This is a new build. Should have been a piece of cake. Or at least tell someone to fix BEFORE installing. I will leave pics if I can
