I completed the 28-day transform programme and I managed to lose 20 pounds. The whole team was very supportive and always ensured I was staying on track. My favourite sessions were the boxing classes, as it allowed me to make new friends whilst also improving my fitness. If you want to improve your fitness, join elite!
I enjoyed my time at Elite, however I did the refundable programme in November 2024 and I am yet to receive a refund after completion.
Completed 21 day rapid weight loss program, really good experience, great staff and support. Definitely recommend!
