We hired Elite Spray Foam in Jan 2024 and made the big mistake of paying them right away. We paid for 4 inches of spray foam and got 1 to 2 inches. Some areas are bare on our garage ceiling which means we still can't use it as a garage for our vehicles because there is living space above. I contacted him right away and he was shocked because everything had been heated to more than warm enough for the foam to expand properly. I sent him pictures and he agreed it wasn't up to par.
