I've only had a handful of sessions so far, but the positive impact is already noticeable. The entire staff is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and truly invested in your care. I've had the pleasure of working with Dr. Kim, who brings great energy and expertise. She also delegates to her team while staying closely involved, and there's no drop in the quality of care — everyone is fantastic. 10/10, I’ll definitely be returning!
I’ve had a great experience at ESPT! From start to finish, the team has been professional, supportive, and attentive. I started there after a compressed nerve left me with incredible back and hip pain. It’s been a few months, and PT has undoubtedly helped me regain mobility and lessen the pain. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Kim as my clinical instructor while I was in PT school. She is very knowledgeable and always has a reference to her rationale for a patient’s plan of care. The staff at Elite Sports Physical therapy were all very helpful and professional as I was navigating the clinic and working with patients. This was the worst physical therapy experience I’ve had for my shoulder issue. As someone who’s been through injuries and PT before, I was disappointed by several things: not enough time spent practicing movements, being sent incorrect or unrelated exercise videos (or none at all), an overcrowded environment, and being billed for services that were never provided. Would not recommend.
When I came to ESPT, I just had hardware removed from my knee. My bones were still healing, my muscles had atrophied, and it was very stiff. However, I needed to get some motion back into my knee before I could have a knee replacement. No other clinics were willing to touch my case but ESPT took it on and I am so glad that they did.
