I came here to have my knee checked, due to stabbing pain and clicking. I was told insurance covered my appointment, and the doctor saw me for about 5 minutes. She squeezed my leg, then told me to get physical therapy to strengthen my quads. Unfortunately, I have recently had many experiences in the healthcare system. I was quickly losing faith in healthcare in general. Taking my son to Elite for his surgery this summer was a different experience completely! From the intake on the phone to the check in process to the day of surgery and post op-every single person we worked with was patient, kind, supportive and truly helpful. This is the healthcare every practice should strive for. Thank you Elite!

Had a recurrence of a nerve issue that causes pain to radiate through my shoulder and arm. Dr. Moore through his nurse quickly returned my phone call, and Dr Moore approved a prescription for meds that had worked the prior time I had this issue. The practice also squeezed me into an appointment with Dr Moore as soon as possible to assess my situation.
