Staff is engaged in treating each patient with personal care geared towards their needs. Dr’s overlooking treatment show great expertise and compassion. Sessions are never rushed.
Sadly can't recommend this place and it's NOT because of the workers. Mel is fantastic and knowledgeable. The problem is this place is more of a "mill", where you don't get direct time with the PT every time you go. I've been to PT many times, and every other place has a PT that works with you for at least half the time you're there, doing manual therapy, checking your progress, etc. The issue is that there are like 4-5 clients for each PT at any given time, when there should be 1-2. Amazing, knowledgeable staff! Physical Therapist Dr. Mel has magic hands! I can’t say enough good things about the positive improvements I experience and the wonderful results I witness among other patients that are present along with me.
