Before joining Elite and hated working out, this changed after I started training with Sascha, I enjoined every work out (even the burpees lol) Sascha is super dedicated and cares about her clients, her program helped me loose weight in 3 months and helped me maintain it and still got to enjoy my cheat days. Working with Sascha has been an awesome experience and has changed my life. She is very knowledgeable. Before I started working with her, I thought I was doing pretty well with my diet and exercise, but didn’t understand why I couldn’t lose the weight.
