After browsing through Facebook looking at local gyms for group training, I came across Elite. After inquiring through messenger, Shelly responded and decided to try the assessment special they had going on. Well she had me hooked after the first session, she definitely could tell where my issues were without me even telling her. Great staff.
Found this facility after using their physical therapy. I have used their pool and now have used their personal training. Cody G. has done an excellent job introducing me to all a gym has to offer. He changes up the workout routines so I am not bored and eager to see what new challenges he has found for me. He makes sure to be supportive and keep me safe. I am making gains I did not think were possible. A special trainer at a special place. Thank you Elite.
