After browsing through Facebook looking at local gyms for group training, I came across Elite. Found this facility after using their physical therapy. I have used their pool and now have used their personal training. Cody G. has done an excellent job introducing me to all a gym has to offer. He changes up the workout routines so I am not bored and eager to see what new challenges he has found for me. He makes sure to be supportive and keep me safe. I am making gains I did not think were possible. A special trainer at a special place. Thank you Elite.
