We have been with ESST for a year and love what they have to offer for my kiddos! Boys ages 10 and 5. My daughter who is a softball athlete also loves popping in for classes when she can. They also offer homeschool which we love!

We have had a great experience at ESST and keep coming back to work in our off-season. My son has had a noticeable growth in his form, acceleration, and overall speed since we started in 2023. Coach Dee and Coach Carl challenge the kids to push themselves and make it fun as well as translatable to his position for football. They take the time to get to know the athletes and give them direction to continue working off the turf for all-around athleticism.
