The appointment was made and they were right on time. They seemed knowledgeable and took care of my electrical problem right away. I couldn't believe how easy everything went. They were very professional and nice. I will definitely use them again.

Set up an appointment for 10am . They said they were running behind schedule and would contact me . That was days ago. Nobody called . I reached out to them asking if someone was still coming ? No response. Even though I had to call someone else , I’m still waiting . Still no response as to why they did not show up to a scheduled job. They are definitely “Elite” for lack of communication and leaving a customer hanging. That must be their “Elite” customer service .

So happy I called these guys to wire and install an outdoor fan and light. Donovan was extremely professional, responsive and on time. Highly recommend them.
