IM A MEDICARE RECEPIENT......I WAS IN THE ELITE SMILE OFFICE IN ST AUGUSTINE FOR AN ANNUAL VISIT...MY PREVIOUS VISIT WAS IN 2023. HOWEVER THIS LAST VISIT IN 2025 WAS VERY UPSETTING TO ME...I WAS NEVER INFORMED THAT ELITE SMILES CHOSE TO NO LONGER BE IN MY NETWORK....NEITHER WAS I INFORMED BEFORE SITTING IN THE DENTIST CHAIR THAT I WOULD BE HIT WITH AN OVER 200 CHARGE....
