Dr. Hoffman's whole staff deserves a 5 star rating! Dr. Hoffman was gentle and thorough. He made me feel comfortable while working on me and was very careful to not make me nervous. Very Happy! Thank you Dr. Hoffman!
Most delightful experience! After being uncomfortable for 60 days due to a jaw dislocation, I visited a true specialist, Dr. Hoffman. Here's where experience is evident. The office has no waiting line , every assistant treats you like gold, and Dr. Hoffman appeared in the lobby to greet me and personally take me to his office for consultation. Impressive. I've written a few reviews of Dr. Hoffman in the past, but I've been recently inspired to add to the narrative. Dr. Hoffman has been my dentist for many years. I was in a car accident last year and soon after began suffering from migraines. I made many visits to various doctors but the headaches continued. I recently went into Dr. Hoffman for a regular visit and he asked about how I was doing. I told him about the headaches. His website clearly states "Free Consultation", yet his receptionist tried to charge me $250 for 30 minutes. Dr H talked to me for less than 5 mins, then suggested we go to another room for x rays. They never told me that the first few minutes (where he didn't tell me anything I didn't know myself) was the only free part and that I would be charged for anything. I didn't pay because it clearly states free consultation and it's HIS responsibility, not the customer, to say when the free part ends and charging will begin. That ... read more
