From reading the reviews it seems to be a pattern with ******* ****. I to purchase buy three massages get one free $165 so far I've only had one which cost me a lot of pain so I was reluctant to go back asked her for a refund she said no refund. So I looked up her license for a massage therapist she is not licensed as a professional massage therapist she only has a student permit. I purchased a Groupon from this woman and scheduled my appointments on her website, which was not very user-friendly. I wasnt sure if I had scheduled it correctly, but had no way to get in touch with her. She messaged me back and I asked if that was the closest appointment available. Horrible customer service with multiple cancellations. No call back to reschedule and once rescheduled, cancellations again. Did not get my money back because she say she does not do refunds. However, I was repeatedly cancelled. Ridiculous way of doing business.
