We purchased the Elite DA-42 AATD for our flight school and wanted to share an honest account of our experience from the sales process through the first several weeks of ownership. Man muss sich schon echt fragen was wie diese Firma es schafft in Geschäft zu bleiben. Der Service ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Es wird ein Simulator verkauft der nicht funktioniert. Der Tech Support ist nie erreichbar. Nach 6 Monaten stellt der Support fest das der Simulator so nicht funktioniert und man muss zusätzlich einen anderen Computer dazu kaufen. Danke für den schlechten Verkauf Herr Rene …… so etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Nicht zu vergessen ist, dass wir hier über Summen über 20.000 Euro sprechen.

We couldn’t be more disappointed with this company’s customer service. If you do manage to get ahold of someone they usually seem reluctant to help. I have never been given a call back after leaving a message either. Never. We spent $23,000 on this equipment and the company can’t be bothered to return our calls. We’re never given notice of required updates and instead have to disappoint users and tell them they’ll have to come back after we get ahold of someone (who knows when) to update the software.
