The company that I work for ordered letters from this company for our sign because we had lost our letters previously. We got our order in and found our old letters (isn't that just our luck). We asked the company if we could make a return, and it comes with a restocking fee for the product. In looking further, they overcharged us for shipping (a package that only weighs 3 pounds they charged us for a 10 pound package), they had never sent us a specified invoice, and the customer service rep wasn't helpful.
