We hired this company for our wedding on October 11, 2025, and unfortunately the service fell far below expectations, especially given the $970 cost. Our DJ did not bring a wireless microphone, which meant there was no mic available for our ceremony and forced our speakers to stand awkwardly beside the DJ booth during speeches. If I could give 0 stars I would. They were horrible. Didn't engage any guests, didn't announce anything (first dance, speeches, cake cutting etc). Equipment kept failing during special dances. DJ brought a DATE!!! Don't use them.
Where to start… I filled out 3 forms that included the names of my bridal party, parents names, couple names, how interactive I wanted the DJ to be, the songs I absolutely wanted played at the reception, and a timeline of the reception. The “dj” was not dressed for a wedding, he showed up with a random female with him. He was more interested in her than my reception. We booked our DJ through Elite Signature DJ's before reading the reviews, and I was extremely worried after noticing all of the one-star reviews. I definitely had a backup plan in place! We ended up getting Jarrod as our DJ, and he was so amazing and wonderful! He scheduled a call with us the week of our wedding to go over some details, such as the songs we wanted for the ceremony, first dances, etc. He was professional and friendly, and emphasized that he would do whatever we could to make our day special.
