We booked our DJ through Elite Signature DJ's before reading the reviews, and I was extremely worried after noticing all of the one-star reviews. I definitely had a backup plan in place! We ended up getting Jarrod as our DJ, and he was so amazing and wonderful! He scheduled a call with us the week of our wedding to go over some details, such as the songs we wanted for the ceremony, first dances, etc. He was professional and friendly, and emphasized that he would do whatever we could to make our day special. Do whatever you can to not hire elite signature Dj’s. Words cannot describe how horrible our DJ was during our wedding. Here’s what Elite Signature will do, Dave the absentee owner, will hire out a DJ from God knows where and you have to trust and believe that DJ knows what’s he’s doing. In our case, he had no clue. For example, he didn’t know where the venue was located and decided, “let me call the bride.” Like why ask for the coordinators information and not them? Our wedding on September 13th was made so much better with our DJ, they really worked with us to give us the music we were hoping for, and they really helped bring the party together! Couldn't have had such a lovely reception and ceremony without them!
Absolutely awful. Not just our DJ, Jared, but many of the others if you read other reviews. They are dishonest, late, and make up rules to avoid giving refunds. They specifically did not act upon agreed terms of songs to play. What is the point of you then? The only saving grace was the wedding venue itself who made up for their failure. Unprofessional.
