I called Elite Shutters & Blinds to do a repair on a malfunctioning Hunter Douglas motorized shutter. The malfunction was my fault and I was anxious to have it fixed. Long story short, when I called the Gilbert store, the lady who answered the phone was very kind and knew exactly who I should speak with to get a service call. The installers arrived in the scheduled time window. Once they arrived they were on the install. They were professional, friendly, and did a great job leveling the louvered vertical blinds and covers. Looks great!
Andrew did an amazing job troubleshooting a broken limiter which caused a crazy noise and failed to open. With week he was back fully Angeles and perfected. I would recommend him and this company to anyone anytime. Bravo
