We had an excellent experience with Elite Sewer & Drain. We reached out due to a leak between units in our condo building and they were able to come out the next morning to investigate. Gabriel and his team were able to identify the problem and recommend next steps for us to resolve the issue. They were extremely knowledgeable and explained things to us clearly along the way. I’m glad I called Elite Sewer & Drain for a second opinion. As part of a promotion, another plumbing company performed a “free” inspection, claimed they hit rocks, and recommended more than $2,500 in hydro jetting and catch basin cleaning before trying to sell me on an annual maintenance plan.
