The shop doesn’t belong to Pilot. Thebguy swore it was my clutch and he wouldn’t charge me if it wasn’t. He didn’t replace the clutch but I had to pay him $5500, bc Texas makes you pay regardless. I had the teuck towed 100 miles to another shop and they repaired my truck. It was the DEF. I was pulling my boat the other day from Shreveport to Dallas. I had a blowout on the way and it was around 7 o’clock in the evening. I called around and couldn’t find a shop that was open. I decided to pull into the Pilot Truck Stop hoping for a miracle and I noticed the Elite Services shop in the back and it was still open.
