I reached out to Elite Service Contractors after noticing persistent water staining on the kitchen ceiling and in a few other areas on the inside. I wanted company that had experience with water damage and mold to do the job. Henrique arrived on time, was very professional, polite and wore shoe covers inside the house! A great contractor is hard to find! We recently hired Henrique Santos of Elite Service Contractors to repair rotted wood along the house foundation, repair rot damage under the sliding glass door and to rebuild our deck. When Henrique saw the initial level of damage, he felt that other areas of the foundation should be evaluated. He found and photographed several additional areas of severe rot damage and areas where the original builder failed to add vapor barriers and drainage channels which resulted in the needed repairs. ... read more
