I arrived at the location because I was going to make an appointment for my car. I went there because another place recommended them. When I walked into the office, after a little while an older gentleman came in and asked what I needed. I was trying to explain my situation, and then the office phone rang. He told me, “I have to answer this call.” He answered it and stayed on the phone for quite a while. I don’t know if it was a customer, but I feel that was very unprofessional.
