Clean units, Great friendly staff!!!
We are renting from Elite storage north and can't say enough good things about them! Rebecca is thorough & efficient. If she's not sure she gets answers, explained lease and facilities' to us. Place is clean & organized & pricing is fair. I trust these people for my precious items and you can too. Easy & convenient access, checks all our boxes!
I am so pleased with the service from Elite Self Storage. I have been here since about April. What struck me initially was how clean the place was, how conscientious Rebecca was. Joe was super helpful too. I wanted to state that my review would be six stars if it could be. They let me know that my storage locker had not been locked fully. I hadn’t pushed the bar all the way closed. So I promptly forgot about that. They followed up with a couple of emails and I have just gone and rectified my situation. Rebecca is very unpleasant and a bad employee of this company. I bought a storage unit at an auction and I had it completely cleaned out and empty and I put in the time, but she wouldn't give me my $100 deposit that I put in. She made me sweep when it was clean, I cleaned up after myself, but she insisted that I sweep. + On top of that, the first day I won the vault, she closed her office during her office hours and wouldn't let me in. I arrived at 5:04pm, the office was already closed, although they work until 5:30. Then a woman named Rebeka came out and said that she could not see me anymore because she had to go home at 5:30. I am very disappointed, the next day she did not want to give me a deposit of 100 dollars, because I did not sweep the dust in the storage room. It seems to me that this is her task and her responsibilities.
