Post sale service was horrible. I called and emailed multiple times to get a few minor parts replaced under warranty - roller and lock. Was told to uninstall and bring the whole door back to the warehouse in Blacktown. So I put up a negative review and then was called back by the owner threatening and swearing at me... Totally unprofessional. Does not deserve anyones time or business.
