I am writing to share my experience with Elite Seal Roofing so that others can make an informed decision before doing business with this company. Elite Seal did a full replacement of our flat roof. They took care of all the permitting requirements too. They were great to work with, reasonably priced, very communicative and responsive, and they worked super clean. We were very happy with the experience and highly recommend.
Working nights made it hard to find contractors willing to communicate on my schedule. Elite Seal Roofing was different - Jaime actually came out to pompano at 7am after my shift to do the estimate. Felt like they actually cared about making it work for me, not just themselves.
Never thought I'd be excited about a roofing job, but Elite Seal Roofing, Jaime and his team changed that! My situation was pretty complicated - had some weird structural issues from a previous contractor's mess-up. They actually took the time to document everything with photos and walked me through different solutions. Even caught some wood rot that could have been a disaster later on. Worth every penny!
Jamie and his company did a phenomenal job repairing my leaky roof. I would definitely hire again five stars all around.
