I appreciate that the salon doesn’t pretend to be luxurious while ignoring actual service quality. Chairs were comfortable, tools looked sanitized, and appointments moved fairly on time. My manicure lasted nearly two weeks without peeling, which almost never happens for me since I wash dishes constantly. Definitely better durability than a few expensive salons I’ve tried.

Becky V. has been cutting & highlighting my hair for about 4-5 years so this review is long overdue. She is able to absolutely 100% do exactly what I ask for - I get long layers & an icier tone of blonde. I always get a ton of compliments on both the cut & color, even more so with her blow out or when she curls it for me but even several days later. I loved my hair and wanted a change, I asked for highlights and a TRIM with some layers. I had a inspo pic for the highlights and my hair turned out nothing like it. I have random patches of color it’s splotchy and unblended, I left wanting to go buy box dye. On top of that once again i asked for a trim, my stylist clarified how much I wanted off but I somehow ended with much shorter hair.
