Will be using them again. They did great work and were really fast. We had several large jobs that needed completed, they worked fast with great quality and were easy to work with.

We were on a trip and camping in a local COE park when my AC broke. We contacted Elite for potential service and requested a phone call. Received an email in response where they confused me with another RV who had a different problem. After several emails back and forth where I took the care to describe the issue, they told me to "take it back to wherever I bought it". If that were an option, we wouldn't have contacted a service tech. Would not recommend.

I was very impressed when these guys first arrived. They were on time and seemed knowledgeable. Wow, did things go bad in a hurry. Before reading the rest of my review, anybody considering hiring these guys should read the text messages that are attached. Their comments are in black-and-white, mine are in blue. I have had these guys out twice, both times they arrived on time or early, and communicated well prior to meeting me. They were able to resolve all of the issues I was having with my 5th wheel. They were friendly, easy to work with, knew what they were doing, and fairly priced. I will absolutely do business with Elite RV again.
