I needed a slide system replaced. I called talked with Craig he was great. We set a time we drove from Colorado 6 hours, dropped unit off Craig stated they would need a day to a day and a hlpf. They called the second day gave us a pick up time. When we got there it was done as stated. Then the tech Rusty took time to discuss what was done and what was needed to maintain the unit. This is a group of men who take pride and a sincere respect for what they tell you will happen. That will be my first call from now on. Thank you R... read more
We had a vroom system installed in our 5th wheel Jaco by Elite RV Service- Wood Cross Utha. Everything went super easy. Rusty was super knowledgeable on everything, explained the manual override, if we would ever needed it. Craig and Gage were super knowledgeable, as well. Will we be back at the end of the month and be adding an extra air conditioner. Access to their plant is super easy to get in and out can't recommend them enough. 5 plus in our book.
Move over Camping World! Service that would have taken a month or more took Elite Rv just 5 days! Phenominal service. I'll be back when any more service is needed.
We took our RV in to get a Vroom slide system installed and are so glad we found Elite RV. They did the job in a day and a half, the fast turnaround was much appreciated with us driving in from Idaho. Craig was great, he got the specs for our RV and called back a day or two later to get us scheduled to come in. Rusty, who did the installation, was fantastic, he was thorough in his explanation of the new system, answered all our questions, and did a fantastic job, the new system looks great. Highly recommend!
