Would give zero stars if an option. Company cancelled a reservation less than 20 days on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON despite reservation being made months ago with multiple calls to confirm. Beto offered no apology and/or compensation for the issue other than saying to look on other sites for a larger RV. Did offer a replacement RV that was the same price yet half the size!!! Bud and his team made it so easy and they were helpful I would recommend Elite to EVERYONE!!!
This place is great! Not only did they provide me with a great unit for the weekend but also made sure I had what I needed before leaving the lot. They helped step by step with my insurance to be covered just incase of an accident and made the process very easy. I highly recommend renting from this place and Ill be back again soon. :)
We had plans to fly into Phoenix last March for a family vacation to the Grand Canyon. We had made a reservation with Elite RV to rent a motorhome based on very good Google Reviews. Five days before our RV pickup my wife, who is a Nurse, had her vacation time cancelled due to the Covid-19 outbreak in Florida.
