We’ve just picked up a new Auto-Trail Scout from Elite RV—our second motorhome with them, as our first was also an Auto-Trail. Both times we’ve had a great experience. My wife and I purchased a Jayco Conquest from Elite RV and we are very happy with their professional and helpful customer service. Aaron and Neil were super helpful and answered all our questions, making for an easy process. The motorhome was well prepped and Neil took us through all the features at handover. We can honestly recommend Elite RV !
Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting Elite RV Vic to have some repairs. Not the least my automatic step that had not been working for 5 months even though I had 3 other people look at it for me. Neil’s knowledge and competence took care of that for me quickly and efficiently along with a couple of other repairs. Thank you along with Aaron and Kim for the amazing service.
Fantastic service from Aaron and the team at Elite RV! Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. They made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re looking for outstanding customer service. Thank you!
