We’ve just picked up a new Auto-Trail Scout from Elite RV—our second motorhome with them, as our first was also an Auto-Trail. Both times we’ve had a great experience. The team are really helpful and easy to deal with, and not pushy at all, which makes a big difference. We’ve been impressed with the quality again. After some serious research I decided to buy an Auto Trail Delaware. I spent a good few hours with Aaron at Elite Rv discussing and viewing all the different models, sizes and possible configurations. Once purchased, Neil handed over my vehicle and showed us all the features and how to use them. Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting Elite RV Vic to have some repairs. Not the least my automatic step that had not been working for 5 months even though I had 3 other people look at it for me.
