After much research I chose an Autotrail as my first motorhome. From the first phone call to the handover to the after care Aaron made me confident in my decision. Neil's handover was peppered with great advice and tips for getting the best from my Tracker FB. I've demanded a lot from these guys and they handled everything with good grace and a solutions based attitude and I couldn't be happier.
We recently had our habitat service completed having purchased our Auto-Trail EB from Elite RV Lynbrook in 2023. We are extremely happy with both the motorhome and service we get from Elite RV with both the vehicle and customer service being a step above their competitors in our opinion. At our most recent service Neil from the service dept was very helpful and courteous and exemplifies the quality of the Auto-Trail brand. I cannot thank Aaron and Neil for their wonderful service. I loved my home on wheels, the Delaware, but decided to downsize as I trek between Melbourne and the Gold Coast and soon buying an apartment. Just had my habitation done today. Arrived just after 8.30am and car was started as soon as I handed the keys over, work begun. I waited onsite until completion. I had a faulty lightswitch and some LED’s fixed. Comprehensive check as always. Aaron the new Manager was very easy to talk to. Genuine personality, good communication and good bloke. Once more Elite RV (Victoria) have proven their focus on customer service. I have never been let down and their sevice department carried out repairs to our vehicle in a proffesional and and timely manner, including assisting with the insurance cliam, with an excellent final result.
