We’ve just picked up a new Auto-Trail Scout from Elite RV—our second motorhome with them, as our first was also an Auto-Trail. Both times we’ve had a great experience. The team are really helpful and easy to deal with, and not pushy at all, which makes a big difference. We’ve been impressed with the quality again. After some serious research I decided to buy an Auto Trail Delaware. I spent a good few hours with Aaron at Elite Rv discussing and viewing all the different models, sizes and possible configurations. Once purchased, Neil handed over my vehicle and showed us all the features and how to use them. My wife and I purchased a Jayco Conquest from Elite RV and we are very happy with their professional and helpful customer service. Aaron and Neil were super helpful and answered all our questions, making for an easy process. The motorhome was well prepped and Neil took us through all the features at handover. Aaron was extremely helpful, attentive, knowledgable and patient. Unfortunately we cannot purchase from Aaron as we are Sydney located. His performance was in stark contrast to the less professional experience we have had to date with the QLD sales office, where we will be forced to purchase, should we decide to purchase an Auto Trail motorhome. Whilst Aaron knew he would receive no commission he remained the consumate professional.
