Took my 1988 Mazda RX7 Turbo to Elite Rotary on 02/03/21 for no start. Was told engine would need to be taken apart and rebuilt. I was told total cost would be close to around 10k and this would take 60 days. The shop finally released the car to me on 09/29/22, which is almost 20 months from when I brough it there and well beyond any reasonable timeframe to repair. worst customer service ever over 2 months after my purchase and steel haven't received the items or a refund, they never answer the phone and when they do they take your # and teel you that someone is going to contact you and that never happened. Please don't waste your time and money like I did...
Sal is cancer to the rotary car community. A simple $200.00 manifold spacer ordered in stock from February 2022 never shows up. Three months later I ask for a refund and here we are in July 2022 and they refuse to respond to emails, won’t pick up the phone and have blocked me on Instagram. Don’t risk your hard earned money with these scammers.
