Utterly horrible. You called into some AI bot that tells you appointment times, and 24 hours later you come to find that no one shows. The system is utterly garbage. Calling and actually getting an agent on the phone and getting someone in the city that you're calling from is extremely difficult. The operator who picked up the phone and you tried to booking with is just as incompetent as the AI bought.
