Had to change my review, although the plumber they sent to me was very nice he did not tell me in the process of fixing my pipes that he by mistake cut my drain hose to my washer. I called the company back when my basement flooded after doing a load of washing, they called the man that fixed my pipes and he said he did nothing to the washer drain pipe( he actually sawed it when he cut the pipes) anyways more or less calling me a liar. They sent someone else to check and he agreed that it was cut and they would fix the proble... read more
Carlos was awesome, he fixed my leak in my pipes, was a lot more expensive than I would have thought but it needed to be fixed.
Carlos with Elite Rooter is helpful, courteous, on task, respectful, and honest. Carlos is the best plumber ever. It’s impossible to find a better plumber. Please reward his diligent work with employee of the month.
I initially left a awesome review, but seeing that my toilet is still leaking from the bottom and upset and now I've been trying to contact them and no response, terrible know just can not believe the crap job they left me with it's a bigger mess then when they came out. DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER
