Replaced sewer line. Very professional and knowledgeable. Work was done on time and exceeded expectations. Javier and crew were a pleasure to work with.
The technicians were very pleasant and courteous. They explained things really well. The only problem was they said they would be there at one time the next day, but they didn't get to me until 6 hours later. Not sure what the reason was. Overall I would use them again.
I wasn't going to leave a review but they have an automated system that has reached out twice to ask for our thoughts, so here we go. Further proof of a total disconnect between this company and their customers. We had a clogged kitchen sink and hired Elite Rooter to come clear the clog. The first technician worked on it for about an hour before declaring that something was probably wrong with our main and he needed to bring in a camera guy.
