The crew that showed up to work on my roof did not behave professionally at all. They left debris scattered around my property, including nails and old roofing materials, which posed a safety hazard. There was little regard for cleanliness or organization, and I had to spend extra time cleaning up after them. On top of that, the noise and behavior were disruptive, with no effort made to minimize inconvenience. A professional contractor should respect the client’s property, but that clearly wasn’t the case here.

Initially, the quote seemed reasonable, but as the project went on, additional costs kept appearing. I was told certain repairs were “necessary” that weren’t included in the original estimate. By the end of the job, the total cost had increased significantly beyond what I had budgeted for. What’s worse is that these charges weren’t clearly explained beforehand. One of the biggest issues I faced was the complete lack of communication. The project was supposed to take a few days, but it stretched into weeks with no clear updates. I had to repeatedly call just to get a status, and even then, the answers were vague. Workers would sometimes not show up without any notice, leaving the job half-finished. I hired this roofing contractor expecting a long-term solution, but what I got instead was a series of ongoing problems.
