Zero stars. Paid the amount in full October 2025 - now it’s July 2026 and the roof is still not replaced!! They do not return the calls. Total scam! Stay away from this company

Worst company I've ever had the displeasure to meet. I thought i was hiring a "professional" company thats been in business for 30 years. What a joke. Saw Jimmy every day asking for the deposit and when he finally gets it he disappears. He hires two sorry excuses for laborers and they do a poor job on roof and gutters. When i spoke to the owner johny he said they would be out to fix it. Havent heard from him since. Elite Roofing replaced our metal roof with a standing seam approximately 3 years ago and it has leaked from the first rain. I contacted Johnnie Miser and told him rain was pouring down our front wall. He came out and supposedly replaced the ridge cap and that did absolutely nothing to stop the leaking. It has continued to leak in different spots over the past three years and I have contacted Johnnie over and over about the leaks and damage caused and he tells me he will come by and look at it when he gets time but he has nev... read more
