The staff recently installed a new roof on our home. As with any project, there are bound to be hiccups. This company expeditiously and professionally responded to our concerns. The roofing team did a wonderful job. And, the staff who repaired the siding on the dormer did a fantastic job. I only wish he were available to install siding on my entire home.
A quotation for some roof and gutter repairs was requested the same day. The work was finished in 48 hours at a reasonable price. The crew took the time to go through everything that had to be done before to the work beginning as well as what had to be done after the job was over. The staff was outstanding! We promptly planned the replacement of our roof since they were so attentive. They performed a good job considering the flat roof was somewhat ancient. They provided me with frequent updates via text and images, showing me the progress of the project as well as how it appeared before it was changed. We did experience a minor leak as a result of old tuck pointing that had come loose, but the leak was resolved when they returned and redone some of our tuck pointing work.
