“When it rains it pours…”then the aftermath! A damaged roof…the calls, the claim, the pictures, the adjuster, the hassle, the back and forth…. Then we got a knock on our door from Elite Builders. My husband and I just had our roof replaced by Elite Builders. The entire process from start to finish was nothing but a pleasure, as it could not have gone more smoothly from start to finish. We recently had our entire roof replaced by Elite Builders. In going through our insurance company, we thought it was going to be a really stressful hassle, but that was not the case as Marcus practically did all the work in dealing with the insurance company for us, only leaving a few phone calls and short emails for us to have to do.
