Very pleased with our new sunroom roof and roof vent. The roof was left a mess after a construction crew we were previously using “fixed it,” and Elite Roofing did the job right. Very agreeable price, quick scheduling, finished the project in less than a day, great communication throughout (thank you Elijah!), great finished work, and the best cleanup any crew has ever done after working on our house. I had a great experience with Elijah from Elite Roof and Solar! When he first came for my estimate and consultation, he was super thorough and precise with what I needed to know and what my options were. We ended up going with the UHDZ asphalt shingles because they're thicker, more hardy, and have a longer workmanship warranty. We also got the ice freeze barriers on the edges and valleys. THAT is how an inspection and consultation should go!!! Lowe's Hardware put me in touch with Elite and I'm glad they did. Elijah was on time professional, informative and courteous. He took pictures on the roof and went over them with me showing me areas that I might need to be concerned about down the road and was honest when he said he didn't feel that there was anything that needed to be done immediately. I strongly recommend this company for all your roofing needs. Sales representative Neil "Elite" Milroy excels in communication and ideas. I needed roof repair,turbine fans replaced and gutters. With Neil's guidance i did not have to replace my entire roof and was able to get my project completed within my budget. Technicians Chad and Hunter did a superb job and completed it in one day. Elite Roof and Solar was well represented by these three professionals.
