Elite Roof and Solar was fantastic from start to finish. Although we obtained several bids, the level of professionalism and attention to detail they showed made selecting Elite an easy choice. The sales person (Jake) was outstanding. He was highly responsive and incredibly knowledgeable. I highly recommend Elite roof and Solar.
The two technicians that came today did an excellent job. They are very conscientious. And cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them.
The work today was an inspection and repair of nail pops. The two guys that came today knew what they were doing. And took time to explain what they did. It is a shame that this is the 3rd time in the 8 year life of the roof that I've had to have someone to come out to repair a leak.
Stellar company! From first appointment to obtain an estimate to final inspection, I found them to be very professional. Ellijah Plemmons kept in communication so there were no surprises. I kept waiting for some unknown but all was exactly as he said. NO extras on the estimate, huge!! Workers were great and respectful, always showing up on time and working hard despite the heat.
