We had a water issue in our basement that happened suddenly! We were very happy with Jake from Elite! Not only did he come through in an emergency for us when needed, he was kind, courteous and reassuring! They were the only company that came through for us in a pinch and the only company who answered the phone and came out quickly. Nobody else called us back. If you need assistance don’t hesitate to call Elite, they will help you and make your life so much better in an emergency situation! Thanks so much Jake 😊🙏
