Jake and the team were honest, thorough, accessible, friendly, and accommodating. Great customer service and the post-test mold inspection couldn’t have been better - the basement is perfect now. Thanks and I hope to never see you guys again (no offense!) Ha but if we or a friend does, we know who to call.
Highly recommend. After a major house flood, Elite’s team came in quickly (within hours!) Jake and his team were extremely efficient and thorough with documenting as well as cleaning up the damage. Jake was able to assist and explain the insurance claim process and supported us through every step of the way. He was available and willing to answer any question we had.
