10/10 would recommend… Jake and his crew were wonderful to work with. They made what would have been a horribly frustrating experience, that of having a water damaged home, as smooth and easy to deal with as possible. They addressed all our concerns, were extremely thorough, cost efficient, dealt well with the insurance company and just generally were very pleasant to deal with. If you have to go through the experience of tearing out walls and repairing water damage then Elite is hands down the way to go.

We had ice dams in February 2026. Someone from Elite came out very quickly and assessed the situation. After that there was very little communication from them. One week went by, then two. They told me they were working on scheduling but no appointment materialized. In good faith, I waited on them to schedule something. After a month since Elite's visit, I reached out to another company to assess the situation.
