Best dim sum Oh so good dim sum. You have to get here early to get a table otherwise you're in for a long wait. The reason? The food is really good here. No carts at this place, you order and the staff will bring the food to you.

Good place for dimsum. Not regular lunch or dinner. Dimsum is fresh but it has no dimsum cart so you have to order in the beginning instead of waiting for carts and get more as you go.
You have to fill out an order card here instead of the carts, but it's worth it. The food is delicious, clean and affordable. We enjoyed the baby bok choi and the pork steamed bums. The black pepper spare ribs were wonderful.
Poor and slow service – The food is decent but the service is extremely slow and they treated us like a cockroach. The place is small and parking is troublesome. The best time to go there and eat is when there are 5 cars or less in the parking lot. FYI, if you eat a lot of rice be prepare to pay a hefty price at $1.20 per bowl.
Elite Restaurant is your typical Chinese restaurant that serves Dim Sum during lunch and traditional family style Chinese cuisine in the evenings. The dim sum here is really good but it is a bit on the pricier end. There aren't any carts, but instead you order from a menu. The benefit is your food never comes out cold and is always freshly cooked. Definitely makes for better quality food. In the evenings they some really good family style dishes. The dimsum here is good enough be 2nd or 3rd best in SGV. But if you want THE best, trust me, ignore the other reviews here and go to Sea Habour Seafood. 'Nuff said.
Monterey Park can be said to be the new China Town. No longer do you have to travel to downtown to get good Chinese food. Here in Monterey Park a person can try authentic Chinese food without the hassle of getting stuck in downtown traffic. There are many places to choose from and it depends in what you are looking for.
