This company was so great to work with. Daniel was great with communications and gave reasonable schedule expectations. Josh, the salesman answered my many questions in detail and broke it down for my mother with so much patience and really took the time to make sure we were comfort with the upcoming process. The crew did their thing and cleaned up after themselves. They were really respectful and courteous. I highly recommend this company for your repair and maintenance needs.
ERG just finished our full house windows and patio door replacement. It was easy process to work with ERG, quoting, scheduling, good hard working team for installation day, they did a nice job framing the new windows and then cleaning up. Fingers crossed no issues in future, but in case there are some, they offer lifetime labor and parts warranty!
Claudio is the only person who didn’t mansplain anything to me during his visit - like every other window guy has done who walked through my front door. He went out of his way to work with me and my financial situation, which I am so grateful for. Looking forward to the install. Thank you, ERG!!! 4 stars until the windows are actually installed. I will update post-installment.
